People's behaviours within social media can be very negative, christians included. Maybe because they think they are "talking" to strangers who they do not know personally or do not interact physically on daily basis; and they think they are not obliged to guard their words.

But it does not matter whether we are interacting with strangers in virtual world or in physical world, we must not abandon our Christlikeness. Words can hurt whether uttered face-to-face or through a post on the internet.

We must treat others as Christ would as an expression of God's love in us.

"Forget not to show love unto strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares." Hebrews 13.2
