"Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty." (Psalms 91.1 NLT)

To live in someone's shelter, I need to abide by the rules of the place. I cannot behave against them. It is a constraint, but in return I find rest.

And there is nothing better than to find rest in the Almighty.

To find rest, in this case, does not just mean "seeing with my eyes", but it also means experiencing rest: in my mind, in my spirit, and in my body. There is safety and peace that nothing and no one can take away as long as I "live in the shelter of the Most High."
