Teach us to number our days
that we may get a heart of wisdom

Stepping into a new year, what do I look forward to? What do I want to KISS? (A technique I learned from the corporate world.)

• K: keep doing
• I: improve
• S: stop doing
• S: start doing

I have not given this any thought yet. Something to think about in the coming days, weeks, and maybe months. And I got an idea to help me.

What if I use a countdown to count down my remaining days alive?

I of course do not know when my time is up, but I can assume a certain age and calculate the remaining days. I will get the number of days wrong and that is okay. Guessing correctly or incorrectly does not lengthen nor shorten my life. God has a plan.

The objective is "to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom".
