Small routines

I jog around my neighbourhood two mornings a week. Some mornings are harder to start than others. I wonder if strengthening my core can help.

Recently, I ran into a video series on exercise routines to strengthen the core. Each video is about 12-minute long. The moves in each video look easy enough. I ought to be able to do this.

Small routines can lead to healthier bodies.

And better health is always better. It helps me enjoy life and be active.
