I learned this prayer when I was in college and I have since left college a long time ago. But this prayer is still very applicable to this day.

Because every day I am still learning. And there are stages in my life that I pass, as if I "graduated" to the next stage.

This is still my prayer. May I find my true fulfillment as I learn to do God's will.

Father, as I graduate
I pray you'll show me now
How to use my knowledge wisely
and find a way somehow
To make the world I live in
a little better place
And make life with its problems
a bit easier to face …

Grant me faith and courage
and put purpose in my days
And show me how to serve Thee
in the most effective ways
So that my education,
my knowledge and my skill
May find their true fulfillment
as I learn to do Thy will

And may I ever be aware
in everything I do
That knowledge comes from learning,
but wisdom comes from You
