But God gives "good and perfect gift"
and I trust him, the giver.
I follow the giver,
not the gifts.
The gifts come out of his pleasure to give,
not because they are due me.
The gifts should not distract me
from looking at his love.
I follow the giver,
because he loves me
and I love him.
