Untold stories

Stories frequently gloss over some details. In the story of Lazarus' resurrection, we never read about some key characters.

"
Deeply moved once more, Jesus went to the tomb, which was a cave with a stone placed at the entrance. “Take the stone away!” Jesus ordered.

Martha, the dead man's sister, answered, “There will be a bad smell, Lord. He has been buried four days!”

.. They took the stone away.

.. [Jesus] called out in a loud voice, “Lazarus, come out!” He came out, his hands and feet wrapped in grave clothes, and with a cloth round his face. “Untie him,” Jesus told them, “and let him go.”
"

(John 11.38-44 GNB)

If I were responsible for helping out the bereaved family, what would I be thinking? I might have said, "Jesus might be a healer, but he is crazy, if he thinks I am going to roll the stone to open the tomb."

"Oh alright. The sisters made me do it. There. I opened it."

"Whoa! Something is coming out. Is it a zombie?"

"What do you mean 'untie him'? Is it safe? Wouldn't I become 'unclean' if I touch him?"

Having front row view of the entire scene, how did this event change their lives?

And what about Lazarus? What would he be thinking as he waited for them to untie him? What did he say?

Afterwards, what stories did Lazarus tell people? I am sure everybody wanted to know his experience.

How did this event change his life?
