I have no experience on this topic. But I think everybody dies alone.

You know when people sleep, even if we are in the same room sleeping at the same time, each of us is in our own dream, no matter who is also in that dream.

Likewise upon death. Even in the catastrophic event when more than one people die, we die alone - everyone of us.

For those of us who follow Jesus, we believe we will move on to heaven upon death. We die alone, but then we will gather with other believers in heaven.
