"The cross before me" is the way of the meek. At the same time, it is the life in Christ. Christ himself - he comforts me and strengthens me.

In fellowship with the Spirit, fellow believers have kindness and compassion to help me and encourage me as I walk toward the cross. And vice versa, I to others.

"The cross before me" is a personal and individual journey. But it is not a lonely journey. Christ and the Spirit are with me. It is a journey that I take alongside other believers.
