“Your goodness is running after me” - so the song goes.

The Christian faith is different. As described in the parable of the prodigal son, God runs after us. He seeks us out to love us - all of humanity actually. God’s invitation to accept his love through Jesus Christ is open to everyone.

Such unconditional free grace is difficult to understand for many people, because we think we need to work for it to earn it.

But that is precisely why Jesus Christ came and died for us on the cross - to meet all conditions such that all we need to do is simply to receive God’s grace.

And once we receive, we start a new life, to be born again.
