Restarting anew

It is believed that Moses was about 80 years old when he met his 'burning bush'. That was the point when he restarted his life anew.

He was tending his family's sheep and goats and lacking nothing. A comfort zone of some sort. And God sent him to deal with Pharaoh and the Israelites. I wonder what went through his mind that is not written in the Bible. I think there would be a lot of considerations.

Restarting anew means unknowns. Both the known unknowns and the unknown unknowns. Unknown is unsettling and can be scary.

Do I want to restart anew? Is it going to be worthwhile? Why do I need to do this? Why not status quo? What is God's bigger plan?

Hah. If I know, then it would not be scary anymore, would it?
