Genuine gentle attitude comes from a specific state of mind. A state of mind that overcomes negative emotions that are present. It might be a very stressful situation, physically painful, etc. But the mind is at peace enough to be gentle amidst whatever circumstance.

Lord,
help me to always have your peace in me
and to show gentle attitude always
