The Devil frequently plants doubt about God’s unwavering love. “I sin; does God still love me? Look at the difficulty I am going through; God cannot love me and leave me in this situation.” Etc, etc, etc.

I cannot listen to these doubts. Instead, I ought to recall the history of God’s love for me.

He has always been faithful. Always. His love for me has always been unwavering. Today’s difficulty will become a part of his deliverance story when I look back in the future.

That has been my experience over the years and I have faith this time is the same. Because his love is unwavering.
