“With my own hand I write this: Greetings from Paul. Do not forget my chains! May God's grace be with you.”

Paul might have someone helping him hand wrote the entire letter to the Colossians (except the few sentences that he hand wrote above). But the letter was not written by Artificial Intelligence; it was Paul’s letter, led by the Holy Spirit.

My notes here are not written by Artificial Intelligence either. I cannot claim they are from the Holy Spirit - I have no authority to make such claim. But I write from my heart and understanding - from my beliefs about the Bible, God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

I find the process of writing them down to be beneficial.

And I invite you to do the same. Journal your faith journey as often as you feel comfortable. Keep it private, if that works better for you.

Use whatever means you already have.

Once you do enough of it, you can fine tune it. Whether buying a dedicated notebook and pen or to use an app on your device of choice, keep it simple and accessible for you. Or you can use the voice recorder app on your phone.

Just start and see where God leads you.
