I don't know about your laundry, but I sometimes find flattened lint clump in my pockets. Even in pockets that I do not use. I did not put anything in there and yet lint ended up inside the pockets during the washing.

No big deal. I just need to take it out and throw it away. But if I do not check, it will accumulate.

In life, I also collect "lint" in unexpected places. If I am unaware, it accumulates.
