As the Lord’s servant
“… keep away from foolish and ignorant arguments; you know that they end up in quarrels. As the Lord's servant, you must not quarrel. You must be kind towards all, a good and patient teacher, gentle as you correct your opponents …”
(2 Timothy 2.23-25 GNB)
We are all the Lord’s servants, are we not - you and I?
Maybe some Christians do not think they are. If so, I wonder who they think they are in the context of the Lord’s work.
Bystanders? Generals? Visitors? Managers? What kind of confirmation did they get from the Lord?
As for me, I know I am the Lord’s servant. And I need to act like it.
