I have had bad circumstance turned worse when I took up on someone’s promise and this person could not make good on the promise. Because another team could not complete their work due to unforeseen circumstance.

A human’s promise, no matter how sincere and committed, is only as good as the ability of the person to control the circumstances to make good on the promise. Big promise or small promise alike are not just about intent - which is important, but also about ability.

God is not limited by any condition he cannot change. He controls everything. He can and will make good on his promises.
