Often the preparation for an activity or event takes much longer than the actual activity or event itself. Regardless how big or small it is.

In some cases, I know beforehand it can be pivotal. For example, university entrance exam, job interview, first date, etc, etc. Most other times, not so much. But even small pivots will accumulate into some meaningful trajectory in my life path.

God is in control. And I trust he can make use of my preparations to guide me in my journey. I ought to prepare as best I can; always and for everything.
