When Paul spoke in Felix's court, he reminded the people the essence of his belief. "I am being tried by you today for believing that the dead will rise to life." (Acts 24.21 GNB)

And if I will rise to life, then what kind of life would that be?

My current life determines what my next life would be. Without Jesus, my next life would be hopeless. But with Jesus in my current life, my next life would be filled with hope and joy and peace.

I eagerly await the time when I will rise to life with Jesus.
