He is not a dead god; he is the Living God.
Mankind understanding is limited and everybody understands only partially. But this understanding evolves over time as the Spirit uncovers more and more - as I steadfastly follow.
To understand others, I ought to walk in their shoes. To understand Jesus, I ought to think, act, and speak like him. To live like him and for him.
As my faith evolves, I understand his teachings in new perspectives.
Dear God,
let my faith not be static
may the Spirit lead
and I obey
and be like Jesus
