Jesus is the same, but each believer is unique and brings diversity of individuality to the collective. The Spirit is not static either and works through each believer in a way best suited to each believer to bring her / him closer to Jesus.

And it is important that, in spite of the unique individuality, each believer be obedient to the Spirit, so she / he gets to become more and more like Jesus.

And the more each believer becomes like Jesus, the more harmonious the body of believers becomes.
