As the saying goes, "power corrupts". And this applies in many aspects of life. Where is the line where the amount of power will start corrupting? I do not think there is such a clear line. It is more of an imbalance.

Whenever there is an imbalance, that is when exploitation or use of the imbalance for self-advantage starts influencing the thought process.

I am reminded of Matthew 18. Jesus told a parable of the servant who had big debt that the king forgave. But then this servant turned around and jailed a fellow servant who owed him small debt.
