Not yet
"We, too, wait with eager hope for the day when God will give us our full rights as his adopted children ... We were given this hope when we were saved. (If we already have something, we don’t need to hope for it. But if we look forward to something we don’t yet have, we must wait patiently and confidently.)"
(Romans 8.23-25 NLT)
Waiting with "eager hope" for something I do not yet have.
What does "full rights as his adopted children" mean? Which rights do I have now? And which rights do I not yet have? How does God determine which to give to me? How can I get more? What are the implications if I get more?
And what does "eager hope" look like? Am I waiting with "eager hope"?
