"Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying." (Romans 12.12 NLT)

Those who keep on praying are either foolish or confident.

Foolish because they lack conviction that prayer will result in something. Or confident that regardless of the result, God hears and answers prayer in his way beyond comprehension.

This confidence gives believers the Godly boldness to rejoice and be patient in trouble.
