".. the hand of the Lord was strong on me."

I am not good with sensing the presence of the Holy Spirit or any spirit. So how can I know if or when "the hand of the Lord" is on me?

Retrospectively, I evaluate myself and can tell that I have changed as a person. Someone else has confirmed this for me. Changing myself is a hard thing to do. Only the Lord can do that. That is "his hand's" doing. Not me.

And in my changed life, I want to surrender more and more to him, so he can keep changing me to be like Jesus more and more. I want "the hand of the Lord" to be strong on me.
