I buy coffee beans and grind them just before I drink it. There is one coffee roaster that I regularly buy from. They are a traditional roaster - no fancy marketing nor packaging - and they specialise in one specific plantation region in Sumatra.

I notice the coffee beans may vary in size from harvest to harvest, probably affected by the weather of the season. But the taste profile is fairly consistent. So I keep buying from them.

As a follower of Christ, I face ups and downs every season of life. But I need to keep my character profile consistently Christlike.
