I can be prideful in a ways that is subtle and seemingly innocent. But prideful nonetheless. And the effect is equally destructive, subtle or not.
Lately I have been thoughtful and deliberate in how I spend money. But yesterday I bought something without much thinking. I was being a bit impulsive and wreckless. That was my pride in action.
Thank God the result was not too destructive, but it left quite a hole in my "wallet" nonetheless. 😳

Money and pride combination is quite a force that hide in subtle nuances. Undetected until I see the trail it leaves behind.
