I wonder how it works in the kingdom of God: What do the angels think when they see something that the world considers as a "waste of talent"? Do they say among themselves, "yeah, God miscalculated that one"? Or do they say, "odd, the plan was good but the outcome is underwhelming"?
Surely God knows what he is doing, so why?
Maybe he is preparing someone through it. Or maybe it is due to disobedience.
No idea.
But I do not think God wastes anything nor anyone.
