Believe in the unseen

"Then [Jesus] said to Thomas, “Reach here with your finger, and see My hands; and put out your hand and place it in My side. Do not be unbelieving, but [stop doubting and] believe.” Thomas answered Him, “My Lord and my God!” Jesus said to him, “Because you have seen Me, do you now believe? Blessed [happy, spiritually secure, and favored by God] are they who did not see [Me] and yet believed [in Me].”"

Many people believe in stuffs they hear and see in the media, even to the point of making big decisions that affect their lives. They cannot verify and prove them first hand, but they believe anyway. In more ways than one.

At the same time, these people refuse to believe in Jesus, because they cannot verify and prove Jesus themselves. And they are okay with this contradiction.

Those who follow Jesus with their whole hearts, who believe although they have not seen, made a decision that affects not just their lives now, but now and evermore to eternity.
