"The LORD did bless Hannah, and she had three more sons and two daughters. The boy Samuel grew up in the service of the LORD."

The book never recorded Hannah retaliating to Peninah who mocked Hannah when Hannah previously could not have a child (ch1.v6). By the world's measure, Hannah was successful. She had four sons and two daughters and her firstborn became a significant figure - one who annointed two kings.

Hannah knew her every blessing was from the LORD and belonged to him. She was his channel of blessing.
