Warped heart

I had a chat with a friend yesterday afternoon. My friend shared about the viciousness of a colleague that has been going on for years. Worse still, this person is so blind of his own warped heart.

I do not understand human heart. How can some people feel morally righteous while being so vicious. They are so toxic and draining.

How to deal with these?
