Keep worshipping

"You are not the one they have rejected; I am the one they have rejected as their king. Ever since I brought them out of Egypt, they have turned away from me and worshipped other gods; and now they are doing to you what they have always done to me."

In Egypt, the people lived under slavery and they worshipped God and when they got out, they turned away and worshipped other gods.

It is tempting to forget God and attribute my achievements to myself. In truth, every good thing is from God. I ought to worship only him - in good times and in bad times.
