Change and learning

I can learn without changing. But when I change to adopt a new way, more often than not, I need to learn. A change that sticks involves learning and adapting.

And if I am addicted to easy, I would avoid change. Because status quo is easier and more comfortable than change and the unknown.

But change I must.
