There are different kinds of spiritual gifts, but the same Spirit is the source of them all. There are different kinds of service, but we serve the same Lord. God works in different ways, but it is the same God who does the work in all of us. (1 Cor 12.4-6 NLT)

We have limited understanding of how God weaves together many ministries on earth to accomplish his Glory. And thus we need to respect other Christian workers and their ministries even when we disagree with their premise or their way of working.

Let us not look down or say bad things on other ministries that serve our Lord. "God works in different ways" and we must respect God's choices in who and how he works with our fellow Christian workers.

Our role is to obey what God has asked of us and respect what he has asked of others.
