I ask God for something "good". It seems good for me. It is not against the Scripture, so, as far as I can tell, I do not see anything for God to be against it.

But he is not granting my request.

He has something better in mind for me. What is it?

I have no clue. I am still waiting for it. I only believe that he is not giving me what is good, because he intends to give me something better. In his time.

"You parents — if your children ask for a loaf of bread, do you give them a stone instead? Or if they ask for a fish, do you give them a snake? Of course not! So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him."
