"I want you to know, my brothers and sisters, that the things that have happened to me have really helped the progress of the gospel.

As a result, the whole palace guard and all the others here know that I am in prison because I am a servant of Christ. And my being in prison has given most of the brothers and sisters more confidence in the Lord, so that they grow bolder all the time to preach the message fearlessly."

Many times I wonder "Why Lord?" when something happen. Sometime I eventually understand at a later time. Frequently not.

I may never know until he explains it to me when I see him face-to-face. But me not knowing must not stop me from obeying him and living out my faith in him.

Sometime it is not for me, but for others to benefit. Hence I become a channel of blessings for others.

He accomplishes his purpose. Always.
