Jesus looks into the heart, into human's true thought.

Being rich does not make following Jesus any easier spiritually, because with wealth comes pride, the feeling of entitlement, etc, etc. Rich people are prone to think and feel they are better than the poor around them.

Many people have a lot more than me, but I also have more than other people. Regardless I am wealthy or not, even the smallest of thought can lead me down the wrong side of God.

"Whoever is angry with his brother will be brought to trial, whoever calls his brother ‘You good-for-nothing!’ will be brought before the Council, and whoever calls his brother a worthless fool will be in danger of going to the fire of hell."
