Give thanks? Of course.

Give thanks gladly? Okay.

Offer a sacrifice? Uhm, .. do I really have to do this Lord?

Gladly offer a sacrifice? Oh come on, it is difficult enough with the sacrifice part. Gladly and sacrifice do not rhyme, Lord.

But Jesus sacrificed his life for me. And God faithfully blesses me abundantly. A sincere sacrifice helps me not get so attached to this world, so I can stay close to Jesus. And being close to Jesus is something to be glad for.
