We are bombarded with many images and stories of other people doing what seem like memorable experiences. They give the illusion of happiness. And so it seems on the outside. On the inside, maybe some are and maybe some aren’t really.

I find ordinary activities make small memories, but happy ones. Someone’s goofy acts. A hug. A surprise kiss. Small talks. Brushing hair. Watching TV show together. Eating gelato. Taking a stroll.

I may not remember each and every one of them years from now, but I hope they all accumulate and strengthen relationships and warm our hearts whenever we look back down the memory lane.
