"The time will come when people will not listen to sound doctrine, but will follow their own desires and will collect for themselves more and more teachers who will tell them what they are itching to hear. They will turn away from listening to the truth and give their attention to legends."

Many people claim they know the truth and they are advocating for the truth, but they are doing it based on a sliver scope of the doctrine or for their own desires. They pick and choose what they want to follow and think everybody else is wrong.

I should be careful and not be like them.

God will hold me accountable for everything I do and say. Everything ought to reflect Christ and his teachings. I ought to study them carefully and do them all.

To him be the glory.
