Stubborn selfishness

Refusal to acknowledge the obvious dissonance between one's behaviours and Jesus's teaching is more commonplace than expected amongst Christians. Stubborn selfishness is a thing.

But how can this be?

Christ' love transforms from the inside out when I keep his teaching in my heart all the time. I am far from perfect, but this does not stop me from trying to live out his love and bless others.

Do not let stubborn selfishness keep me away from identifying with Jesus. I need to, daily, keep on transforming.
