The only job

What if the only job I have is to be Christlike?

What if wherever God puts me and whatever circumstance he brings me, the only measure that counts is how Christlike I am?

It is irrelevant whether the other person I treat is of high status or someone I dislike. My opinion of her / him does not change my job to be Christlike.

And Christ died for sinners and those who put him on the cross. He loves those who I do not love and treat kindly those who I do not care. So if my only job is to be Christlike, then I ought to treat kindly everyone, regardless of my opinion.
