Audacity to believe

We live in volatile and uncertain time. Geopolitical tensions are high, wars broke out, many economies are in tatters. Everybody can be affected when things get much worse. Macro circumstances will trickle down to micro circumstances in our daily lives.

God's provision has proven to be faithful. But sometimes facts and historical evidences can only convince the brain so much, but not enough to calm the emotion. Intellectually I know I worry for nothing and at the same time I cannot deny the emotion is there.

In spite of, or maybe because of, this - I choose to be like the Roman centurion in Matthew 8.5-9. To have the audacity to believe a future that will work out just as God wills it.
